Student residence
e-Outing
Students apply for an outing or overnight pass from their phone, show a barcode pass at the gate and track every application until they are back. Help is one tap away with SOS calls to the warden or HEP.
Residential colleges still run outings on paper cards and logbooks. e-Outing moves the whole process into one student app: apply for a pass, show the barcode at the gate and track the application until you are back on campus, so the college always knows who is out and when they came back.
How it works
- 1 The student applies for an outing or overnight pass in the app.
- 2 The guard scans the barcode pass as the student leaves campus.
- 3 The guard scans it again when the student returns, and the application is completed.
Built for everyone involved
Students
Apply for a pass, see its status, get notified and reach the warden or HEP in an emergency, all from one app.
Wardens and HEP
Take SOS calls from students straight from the app, and share campus events, rules and college information.
Security guards
Scan the student's barcode pass at the gate to record when they leave and when they return.
Features
Apply in three steps
Choose an outing or overnight pass, add the reason, review and submit. No paper forms or queues.
Location on submit
The student's location is captured when an application is submitted, so the college knows where the request came from.
Barcode gate pass
Each application has its own barcode and ID. The student shows it at the gate and the guard scans it.
Status and notifications
Pending and completed applications in one list, with a notification whenever something changes.
SOS help
One tap to call the warden or the student affairs (HEP) office in an emergency.
Campus in your pocket
Campus events, the residence rulebook and college information, plus profile, password and device management.
