Ministry of Finance (MOF) registered
An approved supplier for Malaysian government procurement.
Tarsoft is registered with the Ministry of Finance Malaysia (Kementerian Kewangan Malaysia), so government bodies can engage us directly for training, software and IT services.
What MOF registration means
A MOF registered company is a business officially registered with the Ministry of Finance as an approved supplier for government procurement. Registration is done through the ministry’s ePerolehan system.
Each company is approved under specific service codes (Kod Bidang) that define the supplies or services it may offer to government bodies. To qualify, a company submits its SSM records, financial standing, tax compliance and management details.
Once approved, the company receives a registration certificate showing its registration reference number, certificate number, validity period (typically three years, then renewed) and approved Kod Bidang. Only companies with an active certificate and matching codes can bid for federal tenders, quotations and direct purchases in those fields.
